Went to bed first night in London and woke in the middle of the night with the room spinning round. It was terrifying. (and hadn't drunk anything either!) I had had episodes like this in the past but nothing like this. Went to get a tablet to fix it but in the dark took an asprin by mistake! Of course this made no difference at all! This went on all night and in the morning I was violently ill and have been all day. Just got up (It's about 6pm I think) and the spinning is starting to stop. We had fish & chips for dinner but I don't think it was the food, more like an inner ear infection from all the flying we have been doing. Going to take it easy for a couple of days I think.
Whilst I was lying sick in bed, Chris & Caroline (Our daughter for those that don't know) went shopping and had a jolly good day whilst I hovered near death! :-}
